This book has revisited the discourse on customer satisfaction in the steel industry in South Africa and specifically explores the perceptions of steel merchants and construction companies in the sector. By means of quantitative research technique and content analysis of primary and secondary sources, a new set of significant customer satisfaction determinants were established and this would take continuous effort to maintain high customer satisfaction levels in the industry.
