My grandma used this decades ago to whiten whites and offset yellowing caused by bleach. It's imperative to use the right amount and dilute, dilute, dilute. Otherwise, blue streaking can occur. It's very concentrated. Works great on white clothes that have turned yellowish or grayish in the wash. Remember, read and follow the directions on the bottle.
