AquaClear - Fish Tank Filter - 40 to 70 Gallons - 110v

This is a power and quiet filter. Two of them are perfect for my 45 gallons very colonize tank.

Having aquariums for over 30 years and this was for my 75 gallon Oceanic Tank which I bought back in the 1980s and has been in use most of the time since. I have an AquaClear Power Filter from back then that has been in use most of the time and still works as well. So this is one reason I wanted this because it lasts. Also these are the most quiet Power Filters so you can enjoy the most wonderful sound of running water. So even with no fish the sound of running water is very peaceful and relaxing. Many other Power Filters over the years have a grinding noise or other motor noise besides the sound of running water. These filters that I now have had running for a couple months are just as quiet as the one I have had since the 1980s. It is the same size as these as well. I have a 60 gallon and want to buy more of these. In these large tanks I like to run two of these on each tank. One interesting thing beside the sound of a waterfall is that in the Summer these tanks keep the area they are 10 degrees cooler in the Summer than other areas so a sort of natural air conditioning as well as adding much needed moisture during the Winter to my living space.
