Great source of DHA/EPA-- Love it!

I have 3 horses, one of which suffers from seasonal allergies (hives, runny eyes, etc.) I was using a wonderful (but expensive) DHA based supplement to control his hives. It worked better than I ever expected it to, and I quickly realized that I wanted all 3 of my horses supplemented with marine-based Omega-3's for their general health and well being. KER's EO-3 oil has been the best option I've found to get a sizeable amount of DHA/EPA into their diets without adding a ton of extra calories-- it cuts to the chase with exactly what I want them to have. The product does not overtly smell like 'fish oil.' It has a fresh, light, fruity/minty scent, and all 3 of my horses eat it in their feed, no problem. If you're looking for a concentrated, bioavailable Omega-3 supplement, I would definitely give EO-3 a try.

Great omega product!

I was looking to add a product to my horse's diet to help balance his omega-3s and EO-3 was highly recommended to me by a friend. He can occasionally have itchy skin in the springtime and I noticed after starting this product that his coat looks so much healthier and he doesn't seem to be rubbing on the fence like prior. He can be picky but likes the minty apple flavor, so adding it to his grain daily has been easy. I have loved all Kentucky Equine Research products I have tried and recommend them to everyone.

Great addition for any horse!

: I've been using EO-3 for my horse as part of his regular feeding routine, and it's been a great addition to help bring his diet into better balance. I appreciate that it provides a direct source of omega-3 fatty acids, including DHA and EPA, which can be hard to find in most equine diets. The minty apple flavor seems to be a hit for my picky eater! The oil blends well with grain or mash, and I've had no trouble getting my horse to eat it. Overall, I'm happy with EO-3 as a way to support my horse's general wellness and keep his nutrition on track!
