I have never had a problem with this brand until i purchased this item. Obviously pilot struggles with storing and shipping items because when I opened the box not one pen would write! I tried almost every one! I considered the position of the pens and flipped them over and allowed several days to pass thinking the ink to move down and maybe then the pens would write; however, not one single pen would write! What a waste of money and excitement for one of my favorite pen brands until this purchase. I will never buy them this way again nor do I suggest anyone else does!
