excellent quality. using for 25 days now. washed twice and it is holding up so well. looks brand new. the elastic quality is so good. fits perfectly on 12 inch mattress. the thickneaa of the protector is so heavy that there is no chance water or stain can pass thru and go to the mattress. this will definitely add life to my mattress.. very very happy with the quality at this price point

Potty training dream
I used this on my sons mattress. We just upgraded him to a full size bed from a crib and of course I was nervous to put a nice mattress on his bed given we have been potty training. After MANY accidents and many washes this protector has been a saving grace for us!
