I am African American and have permed hair, this henna hair dye is good for all hair types. I've been using henna hair dye for about five years now, and I find that this henna hair dye doesn't dry out my hair compared to regular hair dye products. The directions are easy to follow, I left it on for three hours, and it covered my grays. Will definitely order again.
