Rug is soft and looks as pictured, but the seams where different sections are sewn together are faulty. There are basically long slits in various places on the rug where seams are missing. I don't imagine it will last very long but it's too big of a hassle to return.

The rug itself is nice, BUT the stitches were coming apart or not sewn in neatly. I had to try to stitch some parts of the rug in myself to try to disguise the imperfections. :(. If you're a picky person, don't buy this rug. I would return the rug, but it's such a hassle. :( ....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this rug as it's thick and gives a little extra padding outside. Only downside is it looks a bit darker online and is very ivory with some brown and grey through out in person. Still beautiful though!
