I was so happily surprised when I received this sham. It is a classic style, yet very modern looking. The fabric feels quality-it has a smooth finish without being shiny (like a polyester poplin), but it is a thick material and looks and feels like it will hold up well. It actually reminds me a lot of the Society 6 shams that I've ordered in the past, which are over double the price. I used a 22" down alternative insert and that makes the pillow look plump and full! I was hesitant to order a sham from Walmart (usually I stick to Etsy, Society 6, Pottery Barn, West Elm, or Anthropologie), but was in fact very pleased with the look, feel, and, of course, price of the sham.
