Instructions
Turning on your device Firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad. Press the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the button pad to increase or decrease speed. Press the left (<) and the right (>) arrows on the button pad to toggle between the pre-loaded treatment presets. To turn off, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad until the device shuts down. Note: We recommend no more than two minutes of continuous use in any one spot. Connecting attachments Ensure that your device is powered off before connecting or removing any attachments. Align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push to connect. To remove the attachment, hold the triangle grip with one hand, and the attachment with the other hand. Place one finger on each side of the plastic connector and firmly pull off the attachment. Warning: Do not place your finger between the attachment and the end of the arm, as this may cause pinching or injury.

Love it.
I now have 2 of these for different locations , one in my bedroom and one to take with me to work. I have chronic muscle spasms in my low back and hips and these work very well in easing the discomfort. I would recommend these to anyone who suffers similar issues. I have tried cheaper ones but they just vibrate and do not have the percussion action that these have. You get what you pay for.

This thing absolutely saves me!
I have lyme disease and arthritis so someplace on my body hurts daily. I use this wonderful Therabody Elite to massage away the pain and allow me to move freely again. I'm able to concentrate pressure where I need it to alleviate pain. It replaces my lacrosse ball since it reaches places that were challenging to hold the ball (triceps, back). I can't do without it!
