I am Type II Diabetic and I can affirm this has helped everything about my HbA1c which had gotten over 10 and is now down to a high 8 and I have had Metabolic syndrome since about 12 years ago and this product has helped tremendously with bringing that under control. I also use ground Flax Seed on just about everything I eat. That also has helped level out my disease symptoms.
