The most important thing about this product is that you're getting the most vitamins and supplements out of this capsule versus any of the other brands on the market. It's easy to digest and I'm already feeling the benefits, I get up early for work which was getting harder but after a week of taking this capsule getting out of bed is becoming much easier.
