I bought this to wear under an outfit for a party that I was attending. The fit was true to size and it offered moderate to firm control, which is what I needed. I wore it for hours and the silicone band never rolled down and it was very comfortable. There are seams in the back similar to the front (maybe for uplifting the rear). The only issue I have is that I wish it was seamless in the back for a more smoother look. Since I got it in black and my outfit was also black, I was ok with it but someone wearing a lighter colored or thinner material outfit might be self-conscious of the seams showing through. The quality was great and I think it's a bit pricey but I would purchase it again and actually recommended it to my sister.
