Manual difficult to understand and defective parts

I bought 3 of the model and 1 of them I had nothing but issues. Over 1 year, I tried every setting in the manual to find the correct one that actually flushes. No issues with the other 2 toilets but 1 definitely has defective parts. Also difficult to get the actual model number, so many numbers around the toilet. I will try working with customer service for replacement parts.

Great until the bowl cracked

This toilet worked very well but when cleaning it yesterday I noticed a circular crack inside the bowl at the bottom. We have had other toilets for 25 plus years without an issue.
