Simple installation, great features, good value.

We bought two along with the optional flush mounts for use in our outdoor living space. Installation was very simple even though there were no instructions included with the flush mounts (they just bolt onto the fan motor base). The included remote control came with a wall mounting system that allows for either a flush mount (no switch box required) or box mount (which included a hidden On/Off switch) - that was both unexpected and very, very clever. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and feel that the fan and flush mount are a very good value.
