Good Looking Poor Performance

This is a good looking homage of a much pricier watch. While I appreciate the look (case, dial, markers, bracelet), size and wear, the timekeeping is incredibly fast (more than 40 sec/day). This is not a workhorse caliber but a wrist ornament — something you pull out of a drawer to wear infrequently, because you'll always be adjusting the time. Not a good purchase, as a watch is expected to reliably function, if nothing else.

The watch is fine—good value. My issue is that I cancelled a duplicate order, and for some reason that cannot be explained have yet to receive a refund after repeated inquiries. Walmart does not have its act together on customer service.
