Please install your solar lights in an area that receives maximum direct sunlight and avoid placing them under trees or roof coverings. It is best to space them 6 to 8 feet apart and also not near other light sources (such as street lights) to ensure they remain bright and well lit.
For best performance, please install your solar lights in direct sunlight and let them charge for 10 to 12 hours before first use. And let it run for at least 8 to 12 hours to reach a full charge and discharge cycle to ensure that the maximum capacity of the battery is reached.
If the ground is hard or dry, water the soil gently, let it soak for a few hours, and then loosen the soil. Please do not force the light into the ground as it may damage the spike. A screwdriver can be used to drill a pilot hole in the hard ground, which will help prevent the spike from breaking.
The charging time and lighting time of the product vary with sunlight intensity, geographic location, weather conditions, season, and other conditions. If it does not turn on at night, please check if the switch under the solar panel is on.
