After receiving my damaged item and reaching out to Walmart after I paid $80 to have it put together the options that they have given me is to get this 90 pound brand new put together fire pit which weighs more than myself somehow strap it to the roof of my car cause that's the only place it could possibly fit. Return it to a store or one of the shipping companies then I could either get a refund or I can get a replacement or I can miss work and allow someone to come to my house to pick it up cause I'd have to be here and then get a replacement or a refund and then if I get a replacement well guess what I still gotta pay again to have someone put it together and these are Walmart's options for me because they've never really had to deal with a damaged fire pit before and have no protocol not to mention if I have to be here guess what I lose money and that's costly so this has been a poor experience and poor customer service no matter which way I go. I'm gonna come out losing at least $200 because the estimate to have these pieces welded back on is $100. Walmart has no option to send me a replacement part or anything. This wasn't a cheap item and for this to be, the only solutions is to cost the buyer that much more money no matter which way we turn to do this is unacceptable and very poor customer service
