The customer service representative was friendly and reassured me I would receive the phone soon. It finally did show up the next day! I was super apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone.. But this phone is in excellent condition, not a single scratch anywhere. Better than I expected!! It came with a charger. It was unlocked as seller listed and it was super easy to activate through straight talk. This was for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it!! Great phone for being used

so far so good, so i ordered this iphone X 7/11/22 and it was supposed to come on Thursday the 14th but got delayed till the 15th today. Phone came in good condition with a screen protector and an apple charger with a charging brick and sim eject tool. screen had a few small scratches then a squarter inch scratch which jsnt an jssue bc they put a screen protector over it. the body had minor scratches but in all honesty the phone looks great. Battery health is at 82% and the phone runs great id say if ur buying used replace the battery. Id say the only other complaint i have is with the company (Kiss Electronics) i asked a question and got i believe an auto response i wish someone would have answered my questions but either way phone looks amazing. Camera and audio sound and look great. Imma attach photos of the phone i got so i hope they show up lol

2 iPhone X’s 256gb

I ordered the same exact phone for my husband and I, the iPhone X 256 gb grey. They both came within a good time frame after ordering and look decent just scratches and chipped color on the edging. One phone came with a screen protector pre applied which is nice, but I don’t understand why the second phone didn’t come with one as well? One phones battery health is 86% while the other is over 10% less at 73%… these are grade A phones refurbished so they should be above 80% on battery health. I will update how the phones work once they are used for a while. But overall I would recommend this phone in this moment.
