I absolutely love these cutting boards!! You can use a sharp knife on them, they can get wet with juices, like tomato juice when you're slicing a tomato. They don't bleed through at all. They can be recycled because they are cardboard. I buy them in bulk. It's way cheaper to get them through Walmart than on Amazon. And it keeps me from having to wash cutting boards over and over again and worry about getting all the chicken juice or poultry juice out of the crevices that my knife makes.
