It's pretty loud in fan noise, but it moves that air. and thats what i wanted. anyone who likes a fan at night in the distance will love this fan. i have a big long living room and i haven't put the fan past 1 yet and that's the lowest speed. it's got three speeds, 1-3 so there is always room to grow when it comes to wanting more air but honestly i love this fan!!!!! i want another one.
