Gymax Modern Buffet Sideboard 53.5'' Storage Cabinet w/ 3 Drawers 3 Doors Brown

I am very satisfied with this product. I purchased two for an office setting and they are working out great! I am using one of them for a TV stand for a 55" TV and one as a storage cabinet, but they would do well as intended in a dining room/kitchen setting as a sideboard /buffet cabinet or even a coffee counter. I could even see this being used in a bedroom as a dresser, perhaps using baskets inside the cabinet doors for organization. I looked around at many options and I am glad that I chose this one. it is VERY sturdy and a good quality , but it does require assembly. My husband is quite handy with furniture assembly, but it took about 3 hours each to fully assemble. There are a lot of parts but the instruction booklet is straightforward and all of the pieces and hardware are clearly labeled. The booklet has pictures, not wording, for directions. It is best to sort out all of the little packages of hardware and nearly 40 different pieces BEFORE STARTING to assemble so you can easily find them through the process. My husband assembled this himself with it laying on the floor most of the time. I would recommend having a second person available to help lift it to finish the assembly and put it in place as it is quite heavy and large for one person once assembled. While this item is not solid wood, it is not particle board either. The color is a dark brown. I think it looks nice. If I saw this cabinet already assembled in a furniture store, I would easily expect to see a $500--$800 price tag. The 3 drawers and 3 cabinets offer great storage. The doors of the cabinets can be adjusted for proper closure. I would definitely recommend this item and think it is a great value because I was able to buy two for less than the price of one for similar items. I did see some at a lower price point, but after reading the descriptions , I felt the quality would have been equally lower on the less expensive items. I highly recommend this cabinet, just be prepared for the assembly process.

Beautiful sideboard.. gave 4 stars because one small corner was damaged from factory as box was in order. It doesnt affect my sideboard because it goes on inside. It is beautiful , very pleased with it. Would order from here again.
