Inferior product & customer service!!

Inferior product and customer service. After only a couple of months, the power supply quit charging my laptop. I emailed Usmart customer service and received a prompt response that directed me to send the defective cord back to them & they would replace it. It has been over 4 weeks since they received the defective unit back (delivery receipt verified) and they have neither sent me a replacement or even responded to my request for status of said replacement. Now, I'm not only out the $$$ for the cord but also the $5 I paid in postage to return it to them. If they weren't going to stand behind their product, I would rather they would have let me know before taking the time & expense to return. I have since ordered a new cord from a different dealer that is working great.
