It's great only one problem
The only problem I have is that the pullout hose and the weight sometimes get caught on the plumbing underneath the sink. When I bought this I didn't know the cold water shut off valve is right below the pullout hose and the weight. I've tried a number of ways to prevent them from getting stuck. Your engineers should develop a clamp/ bracket to help prevent this from happening .

Functional faucet so far
After installing the new faucet and using it for a week, we like it so far. The wave to turn it on is great when your hands are messy. Good spray power and functional for our one bowl sink.
