Success at last!!! After moving into our new home with beautiful hardwood floors I wanted to protect them from my rolling desk chair. I wasted money on two floor protectors and two rugs. Finally, I bought these "soft" wheels and they work perfectly!!! SUPER quiet, smooth and easy. Installation took 4 minutes. Be careful - an awkward scoot sitting down or standing up and you'll be flying! I STRONGLY endorse these wheels. I only wish I hadn't spent $150 on other ideas first!!! BTW - The Walmart delivery was excellent! Amazon Prime's got nothing on you.
