quality is great ingredients are natural and the kids love the taste. my 6 years of age daughter has a serving of the supplement and use every night before bed and they take between minutes and 10 minutes tops to work the benefits from these hrat small size gummies package is good the frequency i need to get air every fortnight and maybe the delivery may need improvement of mabe lowing the price
