How Can One Review What One Did Not Receive

I never received it. Your outside supplier, Books Direct, sent sewing machine needles instead. They never - meaningfully - responded to your inquiry and did not respond to mine. Your customer service agent said she could not order a replacement (which is what I wanted) but could only process a refund which I reluctantly accepted. So, I never received it and can't evaluate.
