A Deer in the Headlights: Losing My Freedom, (Paperback)

This book is a snapshot of a short period of my life and my travels to incarceration. I talk about Uncles Sam's Carpet Ride which talks about the American Prison system. It seems unfair to many folks and I share some great information. I want the ready to feel my experiences when I had to go to Federal Prison for 22 months (sentenced to 30 months) and the experiences that I had to encounter.

Many of us never think that we will ever go to prison for any reason. It seems like it is very intimidating even to think about going to prison. You are nervous, scared, and so many questions unanswered, thus DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS, the hipe is worse than the bite actually. But I can walk you through the process so you are prepared.

I also share with you the exit plan that you will encounter as you enter society again. Sure life will be different you have to adjust fast and I talk about it.

I want the reader to know that I do believe that we have an unjust system and that we need to change what we have. That we need prison reform at any level to give folks a second chance. Enable someone to jump-start their life when they get home again.
