Great produce and amazing service

My brother in law bought this gorgeous faucet but then his plans changed, so I bought it from him. But, somewhere in the process, we managed to lose the weight that goes on the hose to bring the sprayer back into place. When the plumber was installing the new faucet, he noticed the problem. We tried using the weight from the faucet we were replacing, but it didn't work. I ended up contacting VIGO, and very much to my surprise, the service guy (Steve) immediately offered to send me a replacement weight, at no cost. I rarely run into that kind of service. In the meantime, we're loving the faucet and recommend it and VIGO to all.

Clean & Modern Design

This kitchen faucet looks perfect in our contemporary home - we built a new home and have loved this faucet and our bathroom fixtures as well. Customer Service was prompt and very courteous. Very happy!
