The Athletic Works Knee Compression and Support Sleeve is a great way to protect and provide additional stability to a user’s knee. A knee sleeve is great for added compression and support for those suffering from various knee injuries and soreness from arthritis, mild strains or sprains. Wearing a knee sleeve while participating in sports such as; basketball, walking/jogging, weightlifting or any physical activities that place strain or allow impacts on the knees from squatting, running, and jumping can aid in avoiding injury. The compression aspect of the sleeve adds warmth, assists in increasing blood flow to the area and limits patella movement. If your dimensions fall in between measurements, you may need to size up or down.
