Tramontina Gourmet Ceramica_01 Deluxe 3-Quart Covered Sauce Pan

I think this is my favorite cooking pot that I have ever owned (which is a lot). It's great to cook with -- and to clean. It's beautiful, with a lovely cream-colored ceramic interior. The instructions suggest "seasoning" the surface (wipe cooking oil on it, heat the pan, let it cool, that's it). In any case, it is very non-stick -- amazing. For cleaning, it literally wipes off in warm soapy water a second or two. The pan is perfect for sauces, with a curved edge on the bottom, so a whisk can pick up any flour or other dry ingredients from the "edges" of the pan and mix it into the liquids easily. The pot is very well made and the aluminum is quite thick, yet light enough to handle easily, and the bottom is extra thick for even heating and cooling at a lower heat. It heats up very quickly. The handle is comfortable, very strong, and well-attached. Even the glass lid is super heavy duty. The lid is oven safe to 250 degrees, and the pot up to 350 degrees. I have found that it is a perfect size -- big enough but not too big -- for almost everything I need to cook in a pot and it's my favorite pan to cook with.

First off, I want to say thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review the Gourmet Ceramica saucepan because I have been wanting an extra saucepan for a while now, however, I never got around purchase one. But the thing that I like about the Tramontina Gourmet Ceramica_01 Deluxe 3-Quart Covered Saucepan is how quick it heats up compared to my other saucepan. I noticed my food cooked quickly and I was able to retain the taste of my food. Plus, I enjoy that its stainless steel which means I don't have to worry about my food sticking to my pan and because of that it makes washing much quickly. But overall, I would recommend the Tramontina Gourmet Ceramica_01 Deluxe 3-Quart Covered Saucepan to anyone who wants to quickly cook their meal and wash their saucepan.
