My doctor said I didn't need them. But, I tried them anyway with a little success. But, you must maintain a high volume of taking them daily and nightly to maintain any results was not a good reward for the investment return. have to take 6 tablets a day for 30 days then 3 tablets a day to maintain the results. As for my ears ringing did comfort me a little. But, the damage to my one ear👂 😢 as I was growing up this product might work for someone else. But please listen to your doctor's advice on this product before spending the money 💰 vitamins will do the same thing add a lower cost.

They have been helpful with less ringing and pain in my ear. I am consistent with the dosages. My ear specialist recommended them and they do work. I feel that even if my issue doesn't go away completely at least it's not as severe as it was before taking these supplements.
