Defective or faulty goods: If the item you purchased is faulty or defective, please contact us at cs@furnituredash.com with details of the product and pictures of the defect. We will either send you replacement parts, or proceed with the return/refund. Other returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it. The product you return must be in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. So please make sure you keep the box for returns.
