The seller was extremely fast about shipping my item out. The water fountain was exactly as described by the seller. So, I give them an A After purchasing the item, I read the reviews on it. Most said there's leaked all the water out. Mine doesn't leak at all. For information to others who had problems with leakage: When filling the jug with water, the small cap at the bottom has to be screwed on at the bottom. If there's any water inside the jug when you take the top lid off to refill or if your adding more water for a top up, the jug will empty out without that little bottom cap lid screwed on at the bottom. You only remove the small cap after you have the water fountain filled, top main lid screwed on, and have the water fountain set in place. Then you screw the little cap on the designated place at the side of the jug.
