We bought this revolving Christmas tree stand for our granddaughter who lives in Tennessee, and had it shipped south. We already have 2 in our home in Massachusetts, and she has loved them since she was young. It was a surprise for her new Christmas tree in her new house, for her brand-new marriage ! She was so excited and thrilled to put this up, and see the magic of Christmas revolve before her very eyes ! Her husband had never seen such a thing, and was mesmerized by the beautiful effects of it as it moved the twinkling lights all around. They called all their friends and family to come by and see it, as soon as possible ! The dog was transfixed, and it became his new nap station. Even the cat realized it was a magical thing and was well behaved. I would recommend this lovely and useful item to everyone. And, best of all -- you can display more of your treasures on it, because you have more room all around the tree. If you have a young and growing family, it will have space for that. If you are older, the grandkids will see it for the first time like mine did when they were little and say: " Nana ! It's magic !!! "
