Not the easiest to use

Review Ordinarily, I hate the packaging that you literally have to cut the product out of it, but appreciate it when it involves something you put in your mouth. I thoroughly read the instructions and despite that, it took three attempts to get it to fit properly. Boiling water made it very flimsy and it stuck on itself and eventually ripped even though I was very careful the first time. The second time, the water wasn't hot enough and reheating it didn't help. The third attempt, I didn't leave it in the hot water as long and got it to mold to my bite. It was not real comfortable for sleeping. It seemed like there was more material than was needed. I would not purchase this item in the future.

Comfortable for overnight wear and you really do get a custom fit. Instructions aren't the best as they call for 85° water, but it needs to be slightly warmer but not boiling. I have a small mouth, but these shrink in hot water, so buying the dual size pack would be a wise choice!
