low water volume and water pressure

We did a bathroom renovation and love the looks of the faucets. We have double sinks. The flow is very low, not enough for us. Looks great, but it is close to or below 1.2 GPM. Takes forever to wash and rinse your hands or fill the sink. We wait a long time for hot water to get through the faucet, same pipes as before, low low low volume afterward. Great quality, terrible water flow.

Hi BBGisB3, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with the flow of your Easmor bathroom faucet. The water flow should provide a 1.2 gal/min (4.5 l/min) maximum flow rate [max at 60 psi (4.14 bar)]. We suggest checking this by timing the fill a measuring cup. You should be able to fill 2-1/2 cups of water in approximately 7-8 seconds. If your faucet isn't producing this much water, the issue could be caused the valve. Please call our team at 1-800-4KOHLER (M-F; 8am-5pm CST) for additional assistance. It's important to us that you are able to use and enjoy your Kohler faucet! -Sincerely, Sarah S.
