A squat stand is the perfect addition for anyone looking to build a home gym in a limited space or on a tight budget. It is a simpler and less bulky version of a power cage, but its versatility should not be underestimated.

The PRISP Squat Stand can be used as a squat rack, weight lifting station, barbell rack, pull-up station and weight plate storage. The stand can also be combined with a weight bench (not included) to perform bench presses.
