Good product!

The product did just what it said it would do. It is now raining in Oregon (go figure) and my deck has little beads all over it. I did a 12x10 foot deck with one gallon and it was plenty. No sprayer required either. I used a roller and did the whole deck in about 15 minutes. Not sure if the 10 year promise will hold up, but if it even makes it 2 years I will be happy!
