Exactly as described. Works well. Decent price for motorized remote controlled mount. Pay attention to details in installation manual and installation will be a snap. One downside is the recommended height above mantle in the manual is not accurate. I could have mounted it 4 inches lower without a problem. Additional spacers and/or additional bolt lengths for VESA would be a plus.

I know this is a bit more money than just your average TV mount but this is like being in a really rich person's house and this is so smooth and makes the watching TV experience so much better. The remote control makes it so easy to lower the TV to eye level to enhance the whole experience. No sore necks just unbelievable comfort and well worth the extra money.

Even my wife love's my motorized mount!
This product works exactly as advertised. My friends and family were really impressed with the professional look to my new setup as well. I knew mounting above my fireplace was not ideal, but in my house, it really was imperative! This is a great solution for reducing neck strain looking up, and even my wife loves it!!! I did have some difficulties in trying to figure out EXACTLY where to mount it as the directions were not the easiest to decipher for fitting my mount/tv into a tight cavity I built into above my mantle. I'm sure with a little practice, I would nail it in the future, but how many am I gonna do? Lol! The construction and quality of the product is obvious, and I have no doubt it will work for many years to come. Already thinking about how I can help others to do the same thing as they strain to watch their tv's as well!
