This rug is NOT a 5 x 8 rug. The description is misleading. I specifically bought this rug for a 5 x 8 space. To my utter amazement and dismay this rug is actually 5'3” by 7'6” . Needless to say when one buys it for a particular space it's not going fit and it did not fit. The colors are very pretty. The rug is very soft. After two weeks, the rug is still not flat and I did everything I knew how to make it stay flat. I made the rug fit in a space but it was still too small as that space also was looking for a 5 x 8 rug. I wanted to buy two of these rugs because of the pretty design and color but after seeing the rug is too short, I bought a different kind of rug that fit the space that I originally wanted. I even reached out to the seller and they insisted that it was on the website that it was 5‘3“ by 7‘6“ and I did not find that anywhere on the Walmart site. SO very disappointed in the seller as they can't even correct their incorrect description.
