I ordered 2 of these for a backdrop for an event i am working. One had adhesive from securing the sequins to stitch but was not removed from the fabric after. I have tried to contact Balsa (Loreine) for over a week regarding this issue and they claim "they arent getting my photos" well here you go!!! One day she emails from one email thread saying submit photos there and the next its a second one. Ive never known someone to jump between two email threads for one small issue! After sending photos five plus times via email attachment they still claim i haven't sent any photos. Tried to blame it on shipping but this was not a shipping issue it was safely in a bag and then packaged into another bag. This was a quality error they fail to admit to or try to fix. Asked for a replacement or a full refund since the wedding is in two weeks!!! Still they claim they received no photos. I was really happy with my first shipment and going to give it a five star review but the second one having the amount of damage it does and the company failing to make it right really changes my perspective on the product. Based on the customer service i have received i would recommend purchasing from any other retailer that is not balsa to avoid the headache and avoid any disappointment.
