Works fast, but not as fast as ibuprofen. Great alternative for people who can not take Ibuprofen. Offers fast relief that lasts for hours. Easy to swallow, and it doesn't have a negative or positive aftertaste. It is a little on the expensive side, but I love having a bottle that has more than 24 capsules.
