I could have had a better experience.

everything on the phone works perfectly fine except it came with a malfunctioning camera. I can't use either one of them at all both the front and rear. I need an exchange. and now even though I purchased this phone through Walmart, I now have to wait up to 48 hours until I receive an email from this company that sold me the phone to request another one, instead of handling an exchange through Walmart like it should be.. kinda ridiculous if you ask me.

Incorrect description

Description on website says it is GSM unlocked, but when I inserted my SIM card it said "this is not a verizon card" and would not work. So the phone will only work with verizon, which in my opinion means it is not really unlocked at all.
