My 2006 Silverado had a problem with the dash lights, after an hour of driving,my dash lights would shut off then flicker,then turn too the brightest setting. went to my local chevy dealer,they had too order the part and the cost was 149.00. I told them I,m going to check around. looked online parts geek shipped it in 5days new switch looks and fit perfect! for a fraction of the cost of the dealer.

Old dimmer was wacky

The dimmer portion of the old switch was acting up - random dimming of all instrument lights. Dealer wanted a fortune, so bought this. Easy to install (about 10 minutes) and was almost an exact match. Works perfectly and save a bunch of money. Thanks.

Took me ten minutes to change. Same exact part. Cheaper than most. Works fine. Its only been a week but I could use the five dollar coupon they should send me for writing this. Plugs right in. Punch it in on u tube and watch a video on how to put it in. Easy.
