This machine works well. It transmits the numbers to my phone easily, so I have them handy at the doctor’s office. There are different apps for each specific model. I downloaded the wrong app first. If you have issues connecting with your phone this may be the problem. I mistakenly downloaded a different equate app at first. FYI. The arm band is ample size and doesn’t hurt even with high readings.
