The first starter I received

The first starter I received was not functional. Second starter (at no additional cost) was free and functioned properly. All in all it took over two weeks to resolve the bad starter issue. i.e. no response to email for return authorization. No one answered phoned the the first two times I called (week days). Finally someone did answer, offered to send a new unit that was supposed to arrive in 2 days. It took 5 days to arrive. That's not good. But all is well that end's well. Overall satisfied. Seems like a quality unit, that should last.
