These are easy to take and so much better than anything I have tried for arthritis pain, joint pain, back pain or just a pain in the neck! Put a little water in your mouth, drop the contents of one small pack of the powder in and swallow. Easy peazy for MUCH welcomed pain relief! BC Arthritis Review

I have osteo and psoriatic arthritis. Outside of any prescription medications, this is the only medicine that half way works for my pain. This pack is not a flavored one so the taste is not great, however, when taking it, if you put the powder as far back on your tongue as possible and swallow, it goes down much easier without tasting it as much. I do NOT suggest mixing this with any drink at all because it will really just make the taste of it worse.
