I don’t know how this med works - but I’m just glad that something works and eases my pain. I’ve learned to have an unopened box put back for emergencies. Every retail store in my area runs out of stock at the same time. You can’t find any the first of the month. That’s when everyone that receives a retirement check does the bulk of their shopping. This powder is the best OTC drug I've found for arthritis. It is 1000 mg of aspirin (NSAID) and 65 mg of caffeine (a strong cup of black coffee). What really happens is the aspirin does not function as a nerve blocker but instead goes directly to the arthritis inflammation and attacks the source causing the pain. Granulated so it's fast acting. Chase it quick with a liquid. Read the directions on the box.
