Mounting and suction cup maintenance: 1) Thoroughly clean your window, making sure the window is completely dry and free from residue. 2) Clean the suction cups with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Dry suction cups completely. 3) Regularly clean your window and suction cups, monthly is recommended. HELPFUL HINT: Warm suction cups are easier to mount than cold. Try soaking the suction cups in hot water or leave them in the sun for a few minutes to help warm!

K&H Limited One Year Warranty; Our warranty is as follows: K&H Manufacturing warrants to the original consumer, that this product will be free of defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Product wide -- mounts on wide windows or sliding glass door only. Have 4 cats -- unfortunately, none have shown interest in it -- even placed catnip inside track -- nothing. I'll give another week then give to my sister who has 30 cats. One of those, bound to play with it.
