I've taken cranberry supplements off and on for years and never dreamed they'd have them in softgel form. I prefer softgels because capsules sometimes open up in my throat if I don't get enough water down with them and I'm not sure tablets always get completely digested.

I purchase them on line, because it is hard to see where every thing is placed on the shelf at Walmart. They are in my possession within a day or 2! I don't have to drive to Walmart to pick it up, which is close to 20 miles one way! They are packaged securely, with other like items, and I'm really happy about this way of getting them. Because I could go to the store, they either have moved them, or are out of the items. And having the Walmart delivery, it's free shipping! So now extra cost for that service!

For me taking one soft gel in the am, one in the pm and having an adequate intake of water has definitely decreased the frequency of urinary track problems. You need to contact your physician if you have a urinary track infection. Cranberry medication is not the cure.. for me, it helps decrease the frequency by changing the ph of the urine.
